Williamson Family Reunion 2026
LODGING
Sojourn is an intimate venue with just 20 guest rooms, in various configurations. Each room sleeps 2-4 people and the venue accommodates 58 people in total. They book one group at a time, therefore our group will have the entire premises to ourselves. Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis (see below for information on the deposit and schedule of payments). In the event we run out of rooms, family members will have the option of reserving rooms at nearby hotels or vacation homes.
FUN & GAMES
In addition to the activities listed below, the venue provides a beach volleyball net and a recreation field for horseshoes, softball, and other games, as well as a garden patio for quiet reflection. There is also a full kitchen on the premises.

Swimming
Michigan mitten shaped pool & 700' of lakefront.
Don't forget your swimsuits and your sunscreen. There is plenty of space for laying by the pool or on the private beach.
Hospitality Room
The perfect gathering spot any time of day.
The hospitality room includes a refrigerator, microwave, large screen TV, and tables for playing games or just hanging out.
Bonfires
Marshmallows, s'mores, hot dogs, and more.
Gather around the crackling fire as the sun goes down -- a relaxing way to end an action-packed day.
Water Activities
Boat access, canoeing, fishing, etc.
We will have access to water sports equipment and a pontoon boat...and you can bring your own equipment as well.

Depending on how many family members will be flying to the reunion and travel arrangements, we may be able to arrange an airport shuttle. If interested, contact Terri as soon as you've made your travel arrangements.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The PER ROOM cost is $950.00.

The deposit of $250 is due by November 15, 2024. This deposit will reserve your room. If we have rooms still unreserved by the deadline, we will open up reservations for friends and non-family members, as all 20 rooms must be paid per the contract.

Payment 1: $250 due November 15, 2024
Payment 2: $250 due February 15, 2025
Payment 3: $250 due September 15, 2025
Payment 4: $200 due April 15, 2026

Note that there will also be a reunion fee due on May 15, 2026 that will help to cover the costs of the reunion t-shirts, entertainment, and food during all 5 days of the reunion.
